Cancellation and Refund Policy

Upon completing a transaction on Mysticc Whispers, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the specified product and/or service. Once this agreement is in place, you may only cancel the transaction if it is specifically provided for on our platform. Cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the platform, and we reserve the right to approve or deny any cancellation requests. If you receive a product and/or service that does not match the description provided on our platform, you are eligible to request a replacement or a refund. Any request for a refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the transaction, unless a different timeframe is specified on the platform, which will not be less than three days.Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5-7 working days.
